Stephen Claney

Stephen is one of the region’s leading communications trainers.

Stephen’s 20-year media career covers senior positions in newspapers, radio and television in news and current affairs at each major commercial network.  Stephen worked as a reporter, newsreader, chief-of-staff and producer during his time in the media.

As well as coaching media skills, he trains senior executives in presentation skills, developing voice and presence, identifying key messages for target audiences, and assisting in crisis management.

As Senior Associate for WPNT (www.wpnt.com ) Stephen also works throughout the Asia Pacific region and in the United States specialising in media and stakeholder engagement.

Renée Rixon

After studying media relations at Melbourne University, Renée went on to work at one of Australia's largest media companies where she gained a sound understanding of the Australian media.

Renée has had many years experience producing and editing Corporate Videos, Video News Releases and CSA’s for the corporate sector. She also has experience producing commercials in the animation industry.

Renee is involved in the design and conducting of training programs for Media Impact. She allocates support training consultants, additional camera crews and facilities depending on the project’s needs.
